Igor will guide you through relaxed cloths, linings and design details, with swatches on hand to browse at your leisure.

What defines a casual made to measure suit?
A casual MTM suit is cut for ease and comfort, often in softer construction and lighter fabrics. It’s designed to feel relaxed while still offering a clean, tailored look.
Can I wear a casual suit to work or just socially?
Yes, casual suits are versatile. They work well in creative or informal business settings and are equally at home for social events, weekends or travel.
What fabric options do you offer for casual suits?
We offer a range of relaxed cloths, including lightweight wools, cottons, linens and blends — all chosen for breathability, texture and ease of movement.
How long does an MTM casual suit take to complete?
It usually takes around 6–8 weeks from consultation to final fitting. This includes time to tailor, refine and ensure a considered fit.
Can the pieces of a casual suit be worn separately?
Absolutely. A key advantage of casual suits is their flexibility — the jacket and trousers can easily be styled separately, offering more ways to wear and less formality.

Our approach to tailoring is very relaxed and we offer amazing, luxurious British fabrics – such as Tweed, Cashmere, Cotton, Linen, Wool and Mohair. We can of course tailor to your specific needs and incorporate unique designs such as quirky, funky and colourful linings to personalise our products for you.
At Dandylion Style we offer many options to tailor your suit using different grades such as hand stitching, machine stitching and half hand stitching.
Our studio is based in a small, quiet and historic village in West Sussex called ‘Ardingly’ but, knowing how busy our clients are, we can also arrange to meet at your place of work, in your home or anywhere that is more convenient for you with our “Visiting tailor” service. Dandylion Style already caters for many locations around Sussex, London, Europe and USA. Wherever we meet, you will be measured by an experienced tailor who will advise you on fittings, fabrics, linings and buttons and present you with our swatches that include the very best of British mills.

Our made to measure casual suits start from £1,200 for a two-piece and £1,395 for a three-piece. Each is tailored with a relaxed hand and crafted using fine British cloths — ideal for everyday elegance, weekends or travel.
