How is a bespoke two-piece suit different from made-to-measure?
A bespoke two-piece suit is entirely crafted to your precise measurements and preferences, with a unique pattern made just for you. It offers more control over fit, fabrics and details than made-to-measure, resulting in a truly personal garment.
How long does it take to make a bespoke two-piece suit?
The process usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks. This allows time for careful fabric selection, handcrafting and fittings, so your suit feels just right when finished.
Can you visit me at home or work for fittings?
Yes, we’re happy to offer our Visiting Tailoring Service, bringing swatches, guidance and fittings to your home or workplace. It’s a relaxed way to create your suit without visiting the studio.
Do I need to know exactly what style I want before we meet?
Not at all. Igor will guide you through the options for fabrics, linings and cuts, helping you find a style that feels natural and suits you well, even if you’re unsure to begin with.
What fabrics do you offer for two-piece suits?
We work with a range of fine British fabrics in various weights, patterns and textures. Whether you’re after something classic or more distinctive, we’ll help you choose materials that suit your taste and occasion beautifully.

Our approach to tailoring is very relaxed and we offer amazing, luxurious British fabrics – such as Tweed, Cashmere, Cotton, Linen, Wool and Mohair. We can of course tailor to your specific needs and incorporate unique designs such as quirky, funky and colourful linings to personalise our products for you.
At Dandylion Style we offer many options to tailor your suit using different grades such as hand stitching, machine stitching and half hand stitching.
Our studio is based in a small, quiet and historic village in West Sussex called ‘Ardingly’ but, knowing how busy our clients are, we can also arrange to meet at your place of work, in your home or anywhere that is more convenient for you with our “Visiting tailor” service. Dandylion Style already caters for many locations around Sussex, London, Europe and USA. Wherever we meet, you will be measured by an experienced tailor who will advise you on fittings, fabrics, linings and buttons and present you with our swatches that include the very best of British mills.
