We start with a conversation, not a tape measure. Meet us at our Ardingly studio, or we'll come to your home or office anywhere across Sussex, Brighton, London, and the South East. For clients further afield, virtual consultations with a curated fabric swatch box work beautifully. We listen for your style, your life, and the moments this suit needs to show up for.
Choose from the finest British mills — Tweed, cashmere, cotton, linen, wool, mohair. Cloths woven for the British climate and built to age gracefully with wear. This is where your suit's character begins.
The part most tailors gloss over. Lapel shape, button count, pocket style, working cuffs, contrast stitching and our signature touch: a lining chosen from our range of quirky, funky, and colourful silks. Because a bespoke suit should have at least one secret only you know.
A meticulous measuring session capturing your posture, your shoulder line, and the small asymmetries that make you you. From this we draft a paper pattern used exclusively for your garments.
Hand-stitched over 8 to 12 weeks, using your preferred construction full hand, machine, or half-hand finishing. Every choice matters, and we'll walk you through what each means for feel, fit, and lifespan
One or more fittings before the final reveal because bespoke means the suit adjusts to you, not the other way around. Once it's right, it's yours. And every time you put it on, you'll remember why it was worth the wait.
Every two-piece suit is cut and fitted personally by Igor at the Ardingly studio, using British cloth chosen for how you'll actually wear it.
